- A little look into our field program here after returning from Spring Break. As coaches obviously we have to be adaptable as our emphasis, reps, sets, etc. could change daily as a result of space, or getting stuck inside due to weather.
- Sport Coaches 🗣️🗣️🗣️ A S&C coach would never come down to your sport and tell you how to coach it. We may exercise our thoughts on MOVEMENT & PREPERATION but not how/what you should be doing. Same is expected in return regarding the weight room and performance development
- Excited to announce that Mavs Strength and Conditioning and Marvin Ridge High School has been recognized as a Program of Excellence by the @NHSSCA for 2024-2027.
- I was honored to speak at this years Union County Coaches Symposium. It was great to explain the role a Director of S&C plays in the school setting and push the needle forward to getting one at every school. In addition to providing actionable resources to sport coaches now!
- Fall Programming: ✅ New Year, New Template. This system allows us to manipulate the Tier System and provide our athletes with the stimulus they need to meet the demands of their sport, at any point in the athletic plan.
- First @NHSSCA NatCon ✅ Grateful for this organization and all it’s been able to provide me. It was a great time connecting with some awesome coaches and even better people!
