After 20+ years in CFB: 2 Nat’l title appearances. 4x semis. 11x championships. Every HC I worked for won National COTY. Proud of the wins, but the relationships will always mean more. Zero regrets stepping away. Retired, but will begin training QBs & WRs in the coming months.

I am not black, but I see you. I am not black, but I hear you. I am not black, but I mourn with you. I am not black, but I see the injustice that you face daily. I am not black, but I see your fear for your sons and even your daughters. I am not black, but I do stand with you.

“I lift on my own” & “I’m doing my own workout” are two of the biggest cop outs ever! Teammates that train together, push each other and hold each other accountable! That is what makes championship teams! "Trust the Process”

I’m really tired of people saying Mac Jones waited his turn... this is D1 ball nobody gets a turn. Everything is EARNED. Mac had good Q’s in front of him when they left he EARNED the job.

Dear Football, I miss you so much, my family misses you so much and thousands and thousands of people around the world miss you. We’ve underestimated you and tried to blame you for a lot of the issues in sports.

The message of ‘you never know when you’re last play will be’, is taking center stage right now. Be sympathetic for the athletes who’ve sacrificed so many things, not being able to do what they love. It’s unfortunate and unsettling, I am sorry and I respect your commitment.
