Two years ago, I launched an effort to bring Members of Congress, both Democrats and Republicans, back to the place where it all began 250 years ago: Independence Hall in Philadelphia. I'm excited this historic ceremonial event will be taking place on July 2.

- The GOP budget bill does nothing to stop Trump from rewarding Jan 6th insurrectionists. Every House Republican just rejected my amendment to permanently stop Trump from sending YOUR TAX DOLLARS to these violent criminals who attacked police.

- This interview makes it perfectly clear that Trump isn’t done trying to reward the people who assaulted police on Jan 6. He clearly wants to revive his slush fund for these violent criminals. Now is the time for so-called moderate Republicans to support legislation to stop him.
- The reckless Republican budget bill has exactly zero dollars to help American families. American families are struggling, but they won't get any help from Donald Trump. He's too busy building his ballroom and plastering his name onto every building he can find.
