Gov. Hogan's FY2023 budget underfunds Baltimore City schools by $99 Million. This directly contradicts State law and it's wrong. He shares accountability for the success of our students. If you're concerned about our schools, implore the Governor to step up and do his part.

The real crime is that it's 90+ degrees and the pools are closed. This is on BCRP. Don't blame young people for seeking opportunities to get out of this heat. Shame on all of us in City government for not insisting the BCRP open up every full on time. @RecNParks

Several children were caught breaking into one of the many Baltimore City pools that remain closed with their gates chained. The break-in was caught on Monday. Footage details the children breaking in, setting up "camp", and entering the water along with a scooter.

If I wanted to play a practical joke on someone I didn't like, I would send them to Dick's Last Resort for a meal. They could suffer through a trashy, overpriced meal, with even crappier service. That chain garbage never belonged in our Inner Harbor in the first place. Bye.

At about 10:29pm, one arrest made at the corner of E Baltimore and South St for shooting fireworks at BPD officers. The arrest was aided by a Baltimore community group who turned the man over to BPD.
