This season, I have been fortunate to play against Anderlecht + Ajax (away), with Arsenal. Against Man City (away) with Pro Elite, won the Hale End Cup with Arsenal and won the Middlesex Cup in Bush Hill Rangers last ever season. So I don’t lose the memories and thoughts 🏆

This time two years ago, I was asked to take a special group of U16’s to play at the Turkey National Team facility. 5 day trip, 2 days to train & I’d never met the boys. This is how I organised a game-plan that wasn’t over-complicated 👇
