According to the Domain Monitor tool at @DomainTools, Lea.com is pending transfer. Looks like there’s a new website on that domain name.

Grateful for 3 BIN sales today. Two at @afternic: $8,595 (4 word .com) and $5,995 (3 word .com). One at @atomHQ: $4,997 (2 word .com). I don't remember the last time I had 3 sales in a single day.

I bought a one word .XYZ domain name at @Namecheap Marketplace for less than $500 in 2022 (standard renewal). A buyer just started a 36 month LTO deal at @atomHQ for ~$35,000 USD. The domain name is now paid off and could bring $725/month (after commission) for 35 more months.

Took a bit longer than usual, but the buyer chose a 24 month LTO.

Bought a domain name for $11 yesterday afternoon and it sold for $1,999 on @Undeveloped this morning. Didn’t do any outbound. Guess the buyer had been tracking it and the price was reasonable.

I bought an expiry auction name on NameJet for $81 in August of 2020 and sold it in April of 2021 for $1,999 at Afternic. In September, I saw the name in pending delete status and won it at NameJet, again for $81. I just sold it via Dan for $2,499 BIN.
