    Liverpool players speed to warm-up… 5…4…3…2…1… Intensity starts straight away…and with intensity comes intent…a high intent. A game of spike ball…a whole body warm-up and a raising of attention. Players start to connect to bodily cues, movement, actions…and a ball.
