1) Run a mile a day
2) Only drink water
3) Create a ⚾️ journal
4) Put the video games ⬇️
5) Practice 1 hour a day
6) Strength train 4 days a week
7) Read the Mental ABCs of ⚾️
8) Tell your parents, thank u, daily
