- It doesn’t start with gas chambers. It starts with saying immigrants eat your pets.
- People are voting like Donald Trump is a national emergency. Because he is.
- I just want to state clearly again that it is truly insane that we're having a debate to decide who is the best person to lead our nation. One of the people in the debate tried to overthrow our government. What are we even doing here?
- My 103 year old grandfather is a veteran who fought in Patton’s army in World War II. He knows what he’s got to do to keep the country safe and strong and that is why he voted last week in Ohio for Kamala Harris for president and Sherrod Brown for Senator.
- It's a terrifying proposition that even if Kamala Harris wins the election, certain states might try to overturn the results; that the House and Senate might refuse to certify the election; and that the Supreme Court might pull a Bush v. Gore. But you know what we can do? 1/🧵
- I’m sort of at a loss for words. I mean, the leader of a coup attempt is trying to regain power. If he regains it, it will be a catastrophe for our country. This can be explained in a million powerful ways. How is this election so close. Have we completely lost our minds?

- The incident at Arlington cemetery demonstrates a really profound and potentially underrated point. Trump intimidates people into not holding him accountable. Imagine how much worse this could get if he’s the president and controls the immense powers of the executive? 1/🧵
- It’s hard to understate the trauma this country has gone through the last 8 yrs, starting with the Russian effort to help Trump win. And including a pandemic. An explosion of hate and political violence. The big lie. An insurrection. Dobbs. A total failure of accountability…1/🧵
- Replying to @DanielMillerEsqWe can make sure this election isn't close. We can run up the score. We must leave no doubt in any person's mind that the Democrats won this election. It's A LOT harder to steal an election that you've lost in a landslide; where the Electoral College isn't even close. 2/
