    Trump should announce immediately: If you are here illegally, and leave voluntarily before January 20… You can come back legally by following the rules. If you have to be found and deported, you are persona non grata and will never be allowed back in.

    There’s a recorded police call from a witness who saw immigrants capturing geese for food in Springfield. Citizens testified to City Council. These people would be competent witnesses in court. Why does the media find a carefully worded City Hall press release better evidence?

    I asked SCOTUS to rule on the Electors Clause question presented in Texas’s lawsuit. It is unconstitutional for judges and bureaucrats to change the rules set by state legislatures for selecting electors.

    Following Florida’s lead, Governor Glenn Youngkin signs an executive order mandating Virginia law enforcement works with ICE to deport criminal illegal aliens. All states that put Americans first need to do likewise!

    Today, Ohio will argue in the US Supreme Court for one of the most basic principles of democracy: the one who enforces the law does not write the law. If a crisis is sufficient excuse to ignore the Constitution, we will find ourselves with a permanent crisis and no Constitution.

    Today I directed my staff to research legal avenues to stop the federal government from sending unlimited numbers of migrants to Ohio communities.  The problem is not migrants—it is way, way too many migrants. We’re going to find a way to get this in front of a federal judge.
