- Mind boggling that @GaSecofState and his lawyers would secretly record and release a confidential settlement conference with the President. I have made open records requests to the Secretary of State which have never been acknowledged or answered. This is lawlessness.
- One of our monitors discovered a 9,626 vote error in the DeKalb County hand count. One batch was labeled 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump - an improbable margin even by DeKalb standards. The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump.
- President @realDonaldTrump has filed two lawsuits - federal and state - against @GaSecofState. The telephone conference call @GaSecofState secretly recorded was a “confidential settlement discussion” of that litigation, which is still pending.
- Let me repeat. Fulton County elections officials told the media and our observers that they were shutting down the tabulation center at State Farm Arena at 10:30 p.m. on election night only to continue counting ballots in secret until 1:00 a.m.
- Because the President’s lawsuit contesting the Georgia election is still pending, the Republican nominees for Presidential Elector met today at noon at the State Capitol today and cast their votes for President and Vice President.
- President @realDonaldTrump and I filed an election contest on December 4 showing evidence of unlawful votes cast and counted in the election for President that are substantially greater in number than the margin. We have never a hearing, let alone a ruling, on our contest.

- President @realDonaldTrump and I filed an election contest on December 4 showing that thousand of voters were unlawfully cast and counted in the 2020 general election in Georgia. Two weeks later and the lawsuit has yet to be assigned to a judge who is authorized to decide it.
- Replying to @DavidShaferBiden’s margin of victory in this batch of votes (99.9%) bested Bashar al-Assad’s 2007 margin (97.6%) and Raul Castro’s 2008 margin (99.4%). It matched Kim Jong-il’s 2009 margin (99.9%).
- Fulton County Commissioner @LizHausmann just alerted me that Fulton County is re-scanning a batch of 12,000 ballots due to unexplained technical problems. We have dispatched Republican monitors back to the tabulation center. This is maddening.
- Replying to @DavidShaferFulton County told our observers last night to go home because they were closing up and then continued to count ballots in secret.
- Our Republican recount monitors at the World Congress Center waited today for four hours while Fulton County elections officials “updated the software.” The explanation given to me - “just the usual Fulton County incompetence” - is completely unacceptable.
