- I never realized this until now. In The Lion King when Zazu tells Simba that he and Nala are betrothed, Simba says "When I'm king that'll be the first thing to go." In TLK2, Kiara isn't betrothed to anyone. When Simba talks about her becoming queen, he never even mentions a king
- Very specific trope, but Antagonist used to following orders and behaving a certain way becomes a good guy and his entire view on life changes, gets a scar, a love interest contributes to his change, and he infiltrates one side at some point
