Final determination of charges will be made by the Denver DA’s office.

UPDATE: investigators have e arrested Tevin Reinstein (DOB: 11/9/92) in connection to this stabbing incident and Reinstein is being held for investigation of 2nd Degree Assault. #Denver

WE GOT HIM! The @DenverPolice fugitive team located convicted felon Carl Avery and he is now in custody. x.com/FBIDenver/stat…
Carl Avery is convicted of crimes against a child and is a habitual criminal. There is a warrant for his arrest. Anyone with info asked to contact @CrimeStoppersCO or @DenverPolice . Spread the word ; let's find this guy and give his brave victim some peace.
