Today marks 20 years of Growing Up in Ireland! Ireland's national study tracks over 30,000 children and young people, providing valuable insights into children's physical health, mental health, and education.
Branded graphic showing a person speaking at a podium with a microphone, face intentionally blurred. Behind the speaker is a backdrop with overlapping curved shapes in teal, green, orange, and white, and the text ‘Fás Aníos in Éirinn / Growing Up in Ireland.’ A yellow banner at the bottom displays the Growing Up in Ireland logo and the Department of Children, Disability and Equality name and crest.

On 1 July, Ireland takes over the Presidency of the Council of the EU for the 8th time. In an uncertain world, our strength is reinforced when we stand together. In Ireland, the seanfhocal or proverb “Ní neart go cur le chéile” reminds us that we have “Strength with unity”.
