    Sure, #Madden21 rookie ratings are great. But did you know that rookie scouting in franchise mode consists of pressing a button three times for letter grades and likely being completely blind on ~60-70% of the draft class? #FixMaddenFranchise with a complete scouting overhaul.

    Complete Scouting Overhaul - a thread Scouting is one of the weakest aspects of franchise IMO. Too simple, far too little info and very little attachment to prospects so I looked at how those things could be improved while maintaining some of the benefits of scouting currently.

    #FixMaddenFranchise with Full Coaching Staffs. Emphasis on FULL. They absolutely DO NOT have to be real despite what's shown here. They're going to be moving around and/or retiring after one season anyway so having the feature greatly outweighs one season of authenticity here.

    Kept it under wraps for a while but as mentioned on the Making Madden Pod yesterday, I'm excited to say I've been a part of the @EAMaddenNFL Franchise team as a designer since October. Been an incredible experience with amazing people and I'm super excited for what's to come.

    Going to start highlighting some parts of the franchise post every once in a while starting here with preseason position battle scenarios. Two players battle it out vying for one spot and where the outcomes and decisions you make can have serious ramifications.
