    @rcpsych hi guys. I'm a BPD Peer Recovery Worker within the NHS and I'd love to know who wrote this advert? And who the heck proof read it and okay'd it for publication? Can someone please contact me regarding this as I find the wording totally unacceptable. Thanks.

    6% of psychiatrists in all grades of membership of @rcpsych in UK are black, 27% Asian , 53% white 8% undeclared. We must and will do more to support all psychiatrists to achieve their own goals and give of their best

    Don’t have figures but @DrAdrianJames @rcpsych may. Situation probably different from US. I’d say we are totally dependent on large no of colleagues who are of S Asian or Middle Eastern origin, black psychiatrists far fewer but increasing.
