OCT COMPLETE. Half of patients with multivessel disease and STEMI have a non-culprit lesion with vulnerable plaque morphology in a remote segment far from the culprit lesion. This may help explain the benefit of routine PCI of non-culprit lesion showed by the COMPLETE Trial.
