    Most milestones dont sink in- this 1 really felt good. As a below avg highschool student who dropped out of college, to becoming a tenured full prof means a lot. Not the title or the tenure, but the symbol that drive, collaboration, and a good heart can take you far.

    One of the biggest responsibilities and honors in my career is to be named the new Chair of the @NCCN Prostate Cancer guidelines, with my amazing vice chair @sandysrimd. Thanks to amazing NCCN staff and the world class panel of experts for spending much of 2 days to thoughtfully

    Closing out my 1st 8 months as Chair, and I was shocked to have pulled off ~20% growth already thanks to our amazing team. We have hired 27 ppl; new heads of physics, RTTs, Department Administrator, Residency Coordinator, multiple new Vice Chairs, many amazing staff and faculty!
