I'm going to sound like a broken record talking about Kon Knueppel all season, but the tape speaks for itself. This guy is QUICK in everything he does. Getting a shot up, choosing to drive, moving off the ball, relocating. Everything Kon does is snappy. +19 in 34 mins. 20 Points

Getting a Top 5 perimeter defender in the NBA on a deal that's 13% of the cap at it's peak is nasty work by the Trail Blazers front office. This might be the best non-star contract in the league now. Right up there with another Blazers deal: Deni Avdija.

Portland Trail Blazers All-Defensive forward Toumani Camara has agreed on a four-year, $82 million contract extension with the franchise, agent Dave Putterie tells ESPN. Camara has blossomed into a vital and durable two-way player after being picked No. 52 in the 2023 NBA draft.

If you include UDFA in a draft night haul, the Los Angeles Lakers may be my favorite in the field? Getting Jalen Hood-Schifino who has one of if not the highest upside after the lotto picks, plus Max Lewis at 40 AND Castleton and Hodge as 2-ways?? Talk about a night!!

Everyone who actually watched the game saw Luka Doncic get his own offense unforced, consistently find others and make the extra pass, and get his own buckets at a stupidly efficient rate. A few of those possessions were actually schemed well by DAL, not just poor D...

I hope people are ready for the jumbo wing sized version of Victor Oladipo I compared him to before last draft cycle. Around this age was when Victor’s PnR and jump shooting really took off. Bilal is doing this at 6’8” with a 7’2” wingspan.

Danny Ainge is one of the greatest basketball executives we've seen in terms of identifying talent. I'm sorry, but his hits far outweigh the misses. And I think this draft class with Keyonte George on top of Taylor Hendricks and Brice Sensabaugh is going to be a trio of hits.

Where does Brandin Podziemski go in a 2023 NBA re-draft today? I'm thinking as high as 3rd and not any lower than 7th. A lottery lock for sure, so Podz is looking like a steal for the Warriors as the 19th pick.
