- On May 13, ICE Boston arrested Keitel Faustino-Santos, a criminal illegal alien from Brazil, during targeted operations in Brockton, Mass. His criminal history includes arrests for assault and battery on a family or household member, larceny and witness intimidation.He has open charges for assault and battery on a family or household member, for which a warrant has been issued.
- On May 5, ICE Boston arrested Luis Alsonso Serrano Sarmiento, a previously removed criminal illegal alien and confirmed 18th Street Gang member from Honduras. Sarmiento’s lengthy criminal history includes a 60-month sentence for conspiracy to distribute firearms and cocaine,...and felon in possession of a firearm. Additional charges include assault and battery, possession of Class A drugs, possession with intent to distribute, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.ICE Boston is working diligently to remove these violent, dangerous offenders from our communities.

- On April 30, ICE Boston arrested Walter Alexander Garcia Ramirez, an illegal alien and alleged MS-13 gang member from El Salvador. Ramirez entered the United States illegally in 2018 and was ordered removed by an immigration judge on Nov. 12, 2019.ERO Boston will continue to work efficiently and humanely to remove illegal aliens back to their countries of origin.
- On June 10, ICE Boston arrested Jose Paula De Souza Neto, an illegal alien and foreign fugitive from Brazil, during operations in Hyannis, MA. Authorities in Brazil issued an arrest warrant for Neto after his conviction for drug trafficking and association for drug trafficking.The reality is that nearly 70% of illegal aliens DHS has arrested across the country have criminal convictions or pending criminal charges just in the U.S. This statistic doesn’t account for those wanted for violent crimes in their home country or another country.Thanks to ERO Boston, another dangerous foreign criminal is off the streets of New England!
