(1/9) @MachinaLabs_, we're working on full automation in manufacturing through our 'Robocraftsman' technology—robotic cells designed to turn design intent directly into physical products. This concept is akin to the shift in the digital world, where cloud computing allowed

What if your entire factory could transform itself into shipping containers in a day get shipped and unfold and start making parts 24 hours after arrival? Anywhere in the cosmos!

When most of your team is ex-SpaceX or aerospace, Starship launches are like company breaks: productivity plummets during liftoff but skyrockets after a successful landing 🤣

Most of the time, things turn out great, like the first photo. But every now and then… well, let’s just say we learn “how to NOT form metal.” Let’s kick off a thread of manufacturing fails! 😂🤣

7075 doesn’t like being bent, but give it a squeeze (compressive stress) and it behaves. That’s the secret sauce behind Roboforming hard-to-form alloys. Aerospace part (satellite?) from 3 years ago.

Here’s a sneak peek at a full aluminum wing with no spars or ribs, currently being tested at our facility. Designed as a composite replacement, it offers the same or lower weight with better performance. The entire structure is formed from sheet metal, similar to a car door, with
