It was a wonderful moment joining farmers in Bunyala rice planting paddy. Bunyala Irrigation Scheme benefits 3,489 farmers but uses diesel engines to pump water to the canals. These engines will be decommissioned by @WilliamsRuto once Lower Nzoia Irrigation Project is complete.
