Justice Sotomayor used her law clerks to pressure schools into buying more of her book before visiting for speaking engagements. These are taxpayer funded positions the justice used for personal financial gain. Will Court integrity watchers cry foul? apnews.com/article/suprem…

In May, the White House adopted hard-pass credentialing requirements that significantly undermine the free-press protections enshrined in the First Amendment. And @simonateba was the primary target. I'm pleased to join Simon in this fight along with my colleagues @Liberty_Ctr.

The Twitter files show just have close the U.S. government worked with social media companies to manipulate the American public. And now we've learned Twitter helped do the same abroad. Every member of Congress should be calling for an investigation.

It's pretty amazing that a USATODAY correspondent is devoting time to smear a reporter for using a pen name when covering dangerous stories. I remember a time when journalists cared more about preserving the Fourth Estate than advancing their own politics.

A "national correspondent" for @USATODAY contacted me for comment about a story of an #Antifa defense attorney in San Diego filing a motion to get my colleague @EvaKnott banned from reporting in the courtroom based on claim she committed "felonies" for using a pen name. This is

Twitter was acting as an arm of the US Government at the behest of the intelligence community. Congress needs to ensure this does not happen again.

The White House gives expedited access to certain journalists based on arbitrary criteria (whether they are "reputable" or not). This means @simonateba must jump through additional hoops just to do his job. Every day that Simon doesn't have a hard pass is another day that he is

She sent an email out before the event bashing Judge Duncan. When the hecklers disrupted the event, they call her in to 'deescalate' the situation. She shows up with a prepared speech bashing Duncan some more. Looks like this was all coordinated.

This is incredibly disturbing. Did the U.S. Government also deploy deep fakes to influence public opinion domestically?

Women shouldn't be punished when they object to men being allowed in their locker rooms -- especially at a city pool funded by taxpayers. I'm proud to be on the @Liberty_Ctr legal team representing Julie in this fight.
