I’m 25 years old. I was 12 when Osama bin Laden was found. Since then, a lot changed. Pakistan has changed. We’ve made mistakes, had questionable allies, faced internal chaos but why am I, a young Pakistani, still expected to be apologetic for something that happened so long ago?

Nur Khan base is ~400km from India. If a nuclear site was hit, radiation would blow into Amritsar, Punjab, maybe even Delhi. Your govt wouldn’t stay silent unless it wanted its own people dead. This isn’t Bollywood

Please don’t preach morality while electing a man with blood on his hands. Modi was responsible for the deaths of 1,000+ Muslims slaughtered. Human rights groups called it genocide. He was banned from entering the U.S. for years because of it.

Being a girl in Pakistan is sad. Everytime I hop into an Uber, I'm on high alert, carefully checking the driver, only going for those with a 4.8+ rating & multiple reviews. If they take a different route, panic sets in, and I end up leaving gatherings early if i have to uber home

If we’re going to judge nations by the worst of their history, let’s be consistent. India has sitting politicians with terrorist ties. Modi was banned from entering the U.S. for his role in the Gujarat massacre but now indians are not asked why they’d elect a killer
