Currently Heists require specific resources to start / complete at any time. Now, Heists will start as set intervals throughout the day. (Example: Bank Heist will start every 30 minutes, 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm, etc..) Heist Gear is no longer required, all Criminals can take
