- 🚨 @SenMikeLee has introduced a bill that would remove porn's First Amendment protections, and effectively prohibit distribution of adult material in the US. FSC is monitoring the bill, and will continue to do so in the new Congress. lee.senate.gov/services/files…

- Two weeks ago, New Hampshire considered a bill to mandate age-verification on adult sites. The hearing was heavily in favor and it was poised to pass.
