- Amongst all the legitimate bad words and slurs found in the file "profanity_list.txt", in the Binding of Isaac: Repentance+, there also includes a few interesting phrases.
- The narrator for the famous (or infamous) Little Baby's Ice Cream commercial is Matthias Bossi. Matthias is the voice actor for Dad and also one of the composers for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.
00:00 - In the Binding of Isaac: Repentance+, while playing the online co-op, you can press the ALT key to open up an emote menu. And, if you press the TAB key while on the emote menu, you'll access a secret menu with hidden developer emotes.
00:00 - The 3DS port of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth features a drawable map on the bottom screen.

- In The Binding Of Isaac: Repentance, there exists a clock on the stage transition screen that races you to Boss Rush. If you're ahead of the clock, that means you're in fast pace for Boss Rush. If the clock is ahead of you, that means you need to hurry up!

00:00 - There exists a special title screen in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance+ for getting all online marks on a savefile. This special title screen does override the "STOP PLAYING" title screen that appears after 100% completing all three save files.
00:00 - If you save and quit in Mother's room right after beating her, the boss door reappears. You can use this to play the self-sacrifice room and go to the Dark Room, progressing your run further than Corpse II.
