    FCS High Tech Junior High School should open by Fall 2019. It'll house 7th and 8th graders. 9th grade will be added the following year... abc12.com/content/news/2…

    Earlier this week we hit @FlintSchools Doyle Ryder Elementary school with 100 copies of #WrinkleInTime, dozens of comic books, and some basic necessities for families in the school #FlintKids #TeamMari #FlintTown

    Last night's Open House at Scott Middle School featured a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially celebrate the opening of the school and the announcement of a $15,000 donation to Scott from @PackYourBack. Thanks to Pack Your Back and @LittleMissFlint for making this happen!

    Parents of children residing in zip codes 48501-07 and 48532 can sign up for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a program that sends a book each month to the home of each registered child (birth through five years of age) at no cost to the family. fpl.info/imagination/

    Flint Community Schools is excited to share its new hydration stations, now ready for use across the district! The hydration stations provide safe and clean water for scholars, teachers and staff. There is a total of 78 hydration stations for 13 FCS school buildings

    Flint Community Schools, including the admin building, will be closed Thursday, February 27 due to weather conditions. The heaviest snow is predicted to occur during the later commute. Afternoon and evening activities also cancelled. Please be safe.
