- Arnie did about twenty Japanese commercials in the 80s and 90s, and they're all insane. I'm not sure what product is being advertised here, but I can only presume it's some kind of liquid hallucinogenic.

- I might actually be the only person who thinks that The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen is an enjoyable movie. I've not seen it since it was released, but is it really any worse than the comic book movies that are being made today?

- When the director Spike Jonze asked the crew on Being John Malkovich if any of them wanted to lean out of a moving car and throw a beer can at Malkovich's head, about 60 hands shot up to volunteer, haha. The guy chosen nailed it on the first take.

- One of my favourite film fan theories is that Ned Ryerson in Groundhog Day is the Devil. The time loop begins when Phil meets Ned and steps in the puddle and ends immediately after the day that he finally agrees to sign Ned's "life insurance" contract.
- The editing here makes me laugh. A tense and dramatic five minute scene, followed by an abrupt body dump.
