    2- 9 June 1990 a woman gang raped and sexually assaulted by 48 army personnel from 268 Bn RR at Panzgam Pulwama 3- 17 June 1990 over 20 women including minors mass and gang raped sexually assaulted and tortured by personnel of BSF at Panzipora, Kupwara

    India stand on Kashmir is baffling, I am scratching my head: 40s: Kashmir is not our property, we came here to help. Kashmiris will decide their own future. 50s: India is committed to a final settlement of the Kashmir issue in accordance with the wishes of the people.
