    All at Freebooters would like to pass on our sincerest condolences to the Molloy family on the passing of Aaron. We would like to let the family know we are thinking of them at this heartbreaking time. RIP Aaron. Thanks to the Molloy family for allowing permission to post this.

    Extremely disappointing news this evening that all levels of sport will have to be played behind closed doors meaning no spectators allowed. We have put measures in place but still the government see fit to blame the clubs rather than the factories.

    1/2 It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of our friend Paul Smith yesterday. Paul has been involved with Freebooters as a player and a coach since he came to Kilkenny almost 25 years ago. On behalf of everyone at Freebooters AFC deepest condolences to his wife

    A terrific turn out today for our coach Paul Smith on his fundraiser dribble for MND day. Paul dribbled 15km today with the support of the entire club .A massive thanks to all who donated , the kindness of everyone today must be mentioned Here is Paul finishing it today 🔵⚪️👏

    A huge day for the club , we say goodbye to the grass in the Fair Green and we look forward to making new memories once the Astro turf pitch is laid in a couple of months. The hard work of the committee in the last few years is paying off🔵⚪️
