"The tape is to hide the phone number" Hasan stated there is already a tracker on the collar. In what world would a stranger approach a large lost dog and remove its collar to potentially find a number in the inner side of the device? Why not write it on the collar itself?

Hasan streams other people's content 10 hours a day. That is a production input that Hasan literally pays nothing for, yet profits immensely from. Hasan takes the labor of hundreds of creators everyday without paying them one dime. Without this unpaid labor he has no product.
