For some transparency let’s take a look at what they paid and what they received. Full partial fursuit, fully lined head, indoor feetpaws, 7 month frame from commission being accepted to completion (3 months of suit being made) all for only $1,700

2nd complaint TLDR: Client told me suit head didn’t fit despite me crafting head to measurements I received. After they told me I offered to resize for FREE several times for which they never followed up on me with.

1st complaint TLDR: Client claimed I should’ve had a ToS to sign, I had none at the time and they were a trusted friend and I didn’t want to have them paying at strict times to help them out - there were NO incidents surrounding TOS, strictly just how I should’ve had one.

To sum everything up the comments made here solely seem to be petty and based off of the personal falling out within our friend group. The client deleted our entire telegram chat history so I have no screenshots to share from it which would only further prove my case.

4th complaint TLDR: Client claims to not like the way in which the hair tuft was made DESPITE telling me to USE this method knowing of how it is not as sturdy as a traditional hair tuft. Hair tuft has NOT ripped or broken at all and has held up well.

3rd complaint TLDR: Client never mentioned this to me but dislikes having to readjust paws claiming it’s due to the lining method however this has never been an issue for myself/previous clients + method has been used by professional makers.

7th complaint TLDR: Client upset I didn’t allow them to commission me for a bodysuit because of personal reasons. I NEVER quoted them or received money for body and I even offered to let them buy the fur I had from the previous partial commission to be used on the body

6th complaint TLDR: Claims I showcase business immaturity simply for not having a ToS during first year of business. Client never had any issues during process, it was speedy, quality, affordable, I kept them well informed, and I offered to fix any issues for FREE.
