To say the last year has been tough is a huge understatement and even though I like to sugarcoat things in my life, I think particularly in grad school it can be far too easy to forget to slow down every once in awhile and take care of yourself.Replying to @mark_riedlThe facade of normalcy is a trap. We will look around and see things looking normal and wonder why we don’t feel normal, if we are broken. We are broken. But also know that there will be a lot of people feeling the same way underneath. 6/7
