- I told my son that he could live with us after college. He had to pay rent. After 16 months, he moved out today. I showed up at his new apartment and gave him all of the rent back. He was a very happy young man.
- Replying to @indexnforgetitHe had no idea. He actually called the rent my “beer” money. I told him yesterday that the joke was on him. So much for my beer money. 🤣
- Replying to @Blind__LuckNot sure. He already puts 17% into his 401k and maxes his Roth. I told him to do whatever he wants. No strings attached.
- Replying to @Name_Is_PaulYes. Taxes were paid on the money when he earned it. I paid tax on the interest. Happy?
- He’s an engineer. He paid for 65% of his car and pays his own insurance and phone.

- The credit line on my Costco Visa is $13k. I applied for an increase and they turned me down. I have other cards at $30k. Just wanted the increase for buying windows or big travel. Credit score is 832. Zero debt. I don’t get it.
