Today, we announced the indictment of 61 people in Fulton County for their alleged involvement in the violence that has occurred at the site of the future Atlanta Public Safety Training Center & other locations.
Any out-of-state individuals temporarily coming to Georgia for the sole purpose of voting in the January 5th run-off election with no intention of permanently staying in our state are subject to felony prosecution.

Today I call on the NCAA to do the right thing & repeal the rule that allows biological males to participate in women’s sports.

🚨 In response to our lawsuit, a federal court in LA has temporarily stopped the vaccine and masking mandate for Head Start programs in GA and 23 other states. In part, this mandate would have required that Head Start students two years and older be masked effective immediately.
