Been holding this news back a couple days to wait for everything to become official, but as of earlier this afternoon, I became a part of the Milwaukee Brewers organization. A lot has transpired over the past year and half since being released, but I’m grateful for another chance

Vertical shin this, rear leg tension that... Maybe we are looking at the back leg all wrong? 🧵

A well executed pivot pickoff trains more than you might think 👇 ⚫️Pelvis rotation around a fixed femur ⚫️Improved takeaway phase leading to deeper ranges and better timing of scap retraction ⚫️Improved hip shoulder separation sequencing But what does that look like? 🧵

NOT ALL MOMENTUM IS CREATED EQUAL How you initiate your Center of Mass down the mound can lead to drastically different results. In the video below watch how remote athlete @notstephenjones seamlessly transfers the linear momentum of the walking windup into 99MPH w/ a baseball🔥

Last week, a friend and former @Brewers teammate of mine hopped on a call to try to solve why his velocity is down from 2019. @Nickbennett_888 had an average FB velo of 90.5 MPH, with a peak of 93.5. So far thru 2022, the FB is 88 MPH, touching 91.5. So what happened? 🧵👇
