This is probably the best innovation at @Makerere in ages! You simply pick a bike, pair it with an App, & ride for the amount you paid (1k per hour). Wherever you want to stop, you find a parking for the bikes & leave it. Thank you whoever is behind this. @mandyug @ProfNawangwe

A random “imperialist” came to Uganda, suffered a terrible accident in Jinja that nearly cost him his life thanks to our ailing health sector and the lack of proper facilities. He’s now built a 64-bed hospital facility to help the community in Jinja. Respect, man!✌️🏾🫶🏾

When Joseph Kabila was 14 years old, Museveni became President of Uganda. Another 15 years later - in 2001 - Kabila went on to become President of the DRC, then aged just 29. He went on to serve for 18 years. At age 47 he handed over power to Felix Tshisekedi - 8 years his senior
