Key reforms: 🔹 Scrap the 500-home cap on ministerial approvals. 🔹 Limit council delays by reducing call-in powers. 🔹 Approve mid-size developments (up to 50 homes) in metro areas without lengthy processes. 🔹 Use existing Levelling Up powers to override blocked plans.
