I have recently been told by @sussex_police that I may be charged on Monday for publishing (on June 25 2024!) a single screenshot of a single tweet by @IvorCaplin. Because I - but not him? - contravened Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003.

Fortunately, before Caplin and/or the police delete his account (today?), I have screenshotted *everything* over the last two years (and longer). Including followers of Caplin (and their interactions). But I’m still puzzled why @RachelReevesMP follows him! What does she see?

And I'm going to be charged, with the threat of up to five years in prison. Meanwhile, Ivor Caplin - having been "NFA'd" = No Further Action - for his alleged sexual assault on a vulnerable homeless person in Willam Collier YMCA hostel on March 7 2024.

Since his recent arrest Caplin is on bail until April 10 and still holds his parliamentary pass. And his best friend Peter Kyle is in Parliament. And Fiona Sharpe still holds the Chief Contable's Commendation, awarded in February by CC Jo Shiner, of Sussex Police.
