Today, Zambia mourns the passing of a giant. Paramount Chief Mpezeni IV was a custodian of culture, a guardian of the Ngoni people, a pillar of our heritage. As we lay him to rest, we honour a life lived in service to the Ngoni people and to Zambia. May Ngwenyama Rest in peace.
