Is it possible to recycle a common waste plastic into useful chemical feedstocks? We are excited to share our new paper in @ScienceMagazine, where we show the conversion of waste PE into propylene. Congrats @rjconk13, @StevenH32137006 and coworkers! science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…

Wouldn't it be great to take common waste plastics like PE and PP and break them back down to high value building blocks? We're excited to share our new method using base metal catalysts in @ScienceMagazine!

Copper catalyzed Ullmann couplings are one of the oldest ways to forge new bonds. Our new mechanistic study in @ScienceMagazine shows these reactions occur by a novel mechanism: leading to higher TONs, more stable catalysts, and air tolerant conditions!

Can a computer predict the site of borylation better than an expert can? Our new model predicted the major product correctly 100% of the time on pharmaceutical intermediates with better accuracy than any experts we compared to. Check it out on @ChemRxiv! doi.org/10.26434/chemr…
