    I’m sorry to learn that Japanese PM Abe Shinzo has resigned from office due to health reasons. I have worked closely with Abe-san to enhance #Kosovo-#Japanese ties. I wish Abe-san a good recovery as he begins treatment for his condition. 🇽🇰🇯🇵 friendship is strong & broad.

    I welcome the announcement of Israeli PM @netanyahu about the genuine intention to recognize #Kosovo and establish diplomatic relations. Kosovo will keep its promise to place its diplomatic mission in #Jerusalem 🇽🇰🇮🇱🇺🇸

    There are few people in history that have done more for the agenda of freedom in the world then President @BillClinton. I bestowed him today Presidential Medal of Freedom as a token of appreciation from #Kosovo for the liberty he brought to us and the peace to entire region.

    We condemn the Iranian missile attacks on USA & @coalition forces based in Iraq and focused on defeating #ISIS. #Kosovo is a formal member of the @Coalition and we call #Iran to de-escalate the violence. We remain in support to US and our Atlantic family in this time of upheaval.

    I have declared tomorrow, Wednesday 27 November, a Day of Mourning in #Kosovo, to honor the victims of the worst #earthquake to hit Albania in decades. Sincerest condolences to families of victims, Government and President of Albania. God bless Albanians in this hour of need.

    Following with great attention and sorrow the tragic series of earthquakes in our dear #Albania. Kosovo Security Force is now helping Albania in rescue operations. Many Kosovars have opened their homes. We pray for our sisters and brothers & we are ready to help in all ways.
