PSA: If you are a physician DO NOT go into a real estate transaction w/o representation. Buyers WILL take advantage of you. And you WILL get screwed. I see physicians leaving MILLIONS on the table almost daily. Here's one example from today:

I just found out a family friend is making $30k/month by buying candy bars in huge bulk from Costco then packaging them up in 3s and reselling them online. He’s that kid selling candy bars in elementary school on steroids. He’s only 18 and outsmarting us all.

I get Chipotle often. When I’m busy, I get it delivered. Otherwise I order in person. When I order in person they always give me 50% more meat than when I get it delivered. Why? Bc It’s harder to get away with bad work when someone is watching. This is why WFH doesn’t work.

I don't understand the appeal of Las Vegas. I go 2-3 times per year for conferences and never leave feeling better than when I came. The air is dry, the streets are dirty, the food is overpriced, and most people you come across seem generally unhappy. What am I missing?

We’re selling a $2.5M dental clinic. Buyer reaches out saying he’s submitting an all cash offer, “It’s below list but I’ll close quickly” We told him to submit and we’d see what we could do. Cash is king in this market. LOI just came in. For $45k… What year is it? 1929?!

Just got breakfast with a friend in Santa Monica. It took the waiter 30 minutes to come ask us for our order and he didn't show up once to check in during the meal. I even had to ask a different waiter to ask our waiter to bring us the check because ours was nowhere to be

A family friend owns a house in one of LA's top neighborhoods. They bought it 20 years ago for only $900k... Now it's worth $5M!!! 🤑 But wait. What was their annual return? 8.95% What's the S&P averaged over the past 20 years? 9.95% Interesting.
