    Good morning everyone. There is an update on the App Store to Hive version 10.42.3. This should fix the issue you have been experiencing. After the initial upgrade some users may experience being logged out but this should be a one time occurrence only. Kind regards Paul

    We are aware of an issue affecting iOS users, and after investigation, we are working on implementing a fix as soon as possible. We will update you as soon as we have a fix in place, and we are hoping it will be within 48 hours. We appreciate your patience on this ^DB

    Hi everyone! The team have been working on a fix overnight which should mean the majority of our customers will be back online with a manual reboot of the Hub. Please remove the Hub’s power cable, replace this and refresh the app you should be back online. Sorry again! ^Kat
