Replying to @NigeriaStoriesObi is good for governance but he's not the best at playing politics... He needs to strengthen both skills- Direction is more Important than Speed, Speed takes you Somewhere, Direction takes you to your Right Destination. But, if you have Direction and Speed, you're Extraordinary.
