ACTBLUE CEO REFUSED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS
@RepBryanSteil says evidence shows ActBlue weakened fraud-prevention standards ahead of the 2024 election. Steil also details the platform's outside counsel misled Congress and vows to use "all the tools in our toolkit" to get answers.
Q: "In November 2023, when you wrote that letter, did every ActBlue donation that provided an address outside the United States require passport information?"
A: "I respectfully decline to answer the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution."
ActBlue had the chance to answer honestly about potentially accepting illegal foreign donations which may have benefited Democrat candidates.
Instead, their CEO pleaded the fifth on EVERY question.
Not a good look.
