Vaccinating girls aged 9–14 could prevent 30–40% of cervical cancer deaths between 2015 and 2030. HPV vaccines work best if delivered prior to exposure to the virus. The World Health Organization recommends vaccinating girls aged 9–14, when most have not started sexual activity.

Did you know most women with #CervicalCancer experience an asymptomatic period before the disease becomes clinically evident? Early detection through regular screening can prevent the disease from progressing. Now is the perfect time to #GetScreened.

Let's empower women to choose effective preventative measures against HPV and #CervicalCancer. The elimination of cervical cancer is within reach if vaccination and screening are available to all women, no matter where they live. #DestigmatizeHPV igcs.org/cervical-cance…

Did you know that about 600,000 women battle #CervicalCancer each year? Although it is the fourth most common cancer among women, it more likely to be treatable if detected early. Be sure to #GetScreened and stay informed about cervical cancer. #CervicalCancerAwarenessMonth.
