    From the 1st of February we will NO LONGER be using Single use plastic cups. Our new collapsible cups are available at start/finish line and registration for £5. They can scrunched up put in pockets, up sleeves, in bra's, down pants and pockets. basically anywhere you want.

    The Legend that is Terry Forrest. On Saturday he ran parkrun, ran to Albert Docks and ran Liverpool rock n roll 5k. On Sunday he ran 13.1 then 26.2 and then 1 mile. The only person to run all 4 races in 1 go 😃 a genuinely lovely bloke who always encourages everyone

    Last week we announced that their were some new exciting races for 2020. We are pleased to announce the venues as: Gargrave Scarborough Arncliffe Settle Skipton Kettlewell and Ingeleton Tickets for these race will be released over the next few weeks. @racecheck @runABCnorth
