    ITI welcomed the introduction of the EAGLE Act of 2021 from @RepZoeLofgren & @RepJohnCurtis, which would eliminate arbitrary per-country caps on employment-based immigrant visas. This measure is critical to furthering U.S. innovation and job growth.
